Western Old Settlers Picnic

t is a one day event that includes the following: 2-mile fun run/walk; car show; tractor show; blacksmith demonstration; pie & ice cream social; craft show & flea market; bingo; inflatables & carnival games; Lil Tuggers tractor pull; cornhole tourney; raffle drawing; sand volleyball tourney; parade; entertainment throughout the day on the park stage; serving juice, coffee, & rolls in the morning & hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos, malts, chips, sno-cones, popcorn and drinks throughout the rest of the day.
In 2017 Nebraska turns 150, the Village of Western turns 145, and it will be our 120th Old Settlers Picnic
